How to set the timing on my 91 ford mustang?
i have a 91 ford mustang with a vortech supercharger on it and i think the timing is off and i don't know what timing marks should i put it at.
Use a strobe light set it on 6btdc at 800 rpm road test if it pinks reduce by 2 at a time. the marks are on pulley and timing case. top mark is 0=tdc

How much would it cost to have a mechanic install a supercharger on a 2005 ford mustang gt?
I have always been a fan of muscle cars and the horsepower they have, but a stock mustang gt still doesn't quiet have as many horses as i would like. I really don't have any resources of my own to install a supercharger myself so can anyone give me a estimate of how much it would cost or should cost to have a mechanic install a vortech supercharger.
several hundred, few thousand? 3-4 digit numbers. not to mention the cost of the supercharger. id probably go with a turbo myself, but they are considerably more expensive and hard on the engine
What can you put on a '99 ford mustang gt to make it a lot louder?
im thinking about a borla cat back system but its kinda pricey.
is there anything you can put on it to make it louder..like any other exhaust sytems that arent so exppensive but loud.
or an offroad pipe..
i also am thinking of putting a vortech supercharger on it.
i just want to know how to cheaply tune up a car
MAC longtube headers MAC off road H-Pipe SLP loudmouth 1 catback system thats if you want to wake the neighborhood up, and go for the vortech, or look into some Kenne Bell blowzillas/2.2L roots style superchargers
