Vortech Crank Underdrive Ford Mustang

I was wondering if i were to purchase a Vortech Supercharger kit which one would i need. My mustang is a 99GT but the engine is swapped to an 02GT. Would i purchase a 99GT Supercharger Kit or a 00-04 supercharger kit?

Go with the 00-04 because the engine is a 02.There must have been some changes thats why they ask you what engine year it is.
